Rules
Participation is open to the general public except employees, directors, Corporate Circle Users, partners and agents of and consultants to (and the spouses, life partners, parents, children, brothers, sisters, business partners or associates of such employees, director, members, partners and agents) GT&T.
To qualify as a participant, the entrant must:
A Cellinkplus customer
The promotional period commences on December 2, 2007 and terminates January 25, 2008 at 23:59 hrs
Winners must be resident domiciled in Guyana
The grand prize is one Toyota V8 Tundra, plus various consolation prizes
Winners will be obligated to appear in any promotional form stipulated by GT&T
Any consolation prize won and not claimed seven days after will be forfeited
No responsibility is accepted for inaccurate prize details
The grand prize is non transferable
If required, as a result of changes in legislation, or for any other reason, GT&T shall have the right to terminate this promotion immediately and without notice. In the event of such termination, all participants agree to waive any rights that they may have in terms of this promotion and acknowledge that they will have no recourse against GT&T, its directors, agents, employees and promoters
In the event of any dispute, GT&T’s decision shall be final and binding and no correspondence will be entered into
GT&T will not be responsible for the maintenance of the vehicle once it is formally handed over to the winner
If a post paid customer is in arrears he or she will be disqualified if their number is selected
If a prepaid customer account is suspended or terminated he or she will be disqualified if their number is selected
The Cellinkplus branding on the vehicle must remain for a period of one year.
The chosen winner will uplift the vehicle five days after the draw. This time period is to facilitate a complete check on the winner to verify if he/she satisfies all the conditions advertised
The winner has to sign a one year contract with GT&T
